This is a Media and Marketing company based in Germany that uses Samsa for their internal offers, orders, project and financial planning. Offers are managed from the initiation part. Once an offer is accepted, contracts can then be generated and respective projects can be started. The full financial invoicing plan is then per project phase planned.
How it all works:
Planners use samsa Order and Customer management modules to manage the initial flow. Once Projects are created, the project management component is used to be able to plan the phases and manage the financial planning.
Financial module takes care of auto invoicing, payments and notifications.
Planning is done based on main KPI’s like:
Total amount of income vs invoiced amount
Project phases completion vs expected date.
