How is all works:
Planners can maintain the Contract information per customer. Recurrent planning helps manage the capacity of the resources. Internal employees get allocated tasks based on their availability.
Employees can then look at their allocation on the Samsa Mobile App.
Planning is done based on main KPI’s like:
-Total amount of service contracts served per day per type of contract.
-Total allocated capacity
